Welcome to a new level of convenience

As if Enclave doesn’t already offer a perfectly connected lifestyle on the doorstep of Brisbane’s best amenity, it’s about to get even better with a major new piece of infrastructure.
With Brisbane City Council recently revealing the final locations of two West End green bridges, Enclave’s proximity to even more of the city’s best shopping, dining and entertainment options has just been expanded dramatically.
The bridges will link West End at nearby Orleigh Park near Forbes Street – only a 15 minute walk from Enclave – to Toowong and St Lucia, bringing the world-renowned University of Queensland within even easier reach.
New pedestrian bridges a step closer

Already only a block away from the Brisbane River and the city’s idyllic Riverside Drive Parklands, the great news for future residents of Enclave is that the bridges will provide access to an expanded network of walking and cycling paths.
The former ABC Toowong site at 600 Coronation Drive will be the landing site for a Toowong-West End green bridge, while the St Lucia bridge will stretch across to Guyatt Park.
Council has revealed that residents have indicated the Toowong crossing should be the priority.
More than $500 million has been allocated to construct five new green bridges, with the detailed business cases for the two West End bridges expected to be completed this year.
“We will now start preparing the concept designs and preliminary business cases for the two West End bridges, so we are ready to seek funding support from other levels of government,” said Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner.
All you could ever need right at the doorstep

Aside from a fabulous array of residents-only resort facilties at Enclave, anything you could ever need is right at the doorstep, from shopping to medical services, schools, dining and entertainment options.
Brisbane’s top lifestyle and cultural destination – South Bank – is only about 3 minutes away by car (or about 20 minutes walking), while Pradella’s own Montague Markets is just a 10-minute riverfront stroll away.
Featuring one of the most modern full-line supermarkets in Australia, as well as an array of dining options, Montague Markets, at 405 Montague Road, is rapidly becoming the new lifestyle epicentre of the West End peninsula.
To make life even easier, the centre offers two hours of free, undercover parking as well as bicycle racks and pumps.
In addition, its Healthcare Hub – designed as a one-stop healthcare destination – offers wide-ranging services, including a GP and skin cancer clinic, radiology, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, Pilates, massage therapy, psychology and mental health services, pathology and more.
Combined with GPs, specialist and allied health services, there is little else like this precinct on Brisbane’s inner southside.
Enclave is also only a short walk from the West End Markets at Davies Park. Located at the corner of Montague Road and Jane Street, the markets are open from 6am to 2pm every Saturday.
Fresh produce, boutique fashion, healthy food and handcrafted gifts are the order of the day, as well as a real community buzz.
